Eating Our Own Dog Food: How We Use Publot to Automate & Scale Publot's Organic Reach

“We don't just sell an AI social media agent — we deploy it to run our own company accounts. Publot writes our technical Twitter threads, schedules our Reels scripts, and handles customer replies in our voice. If it can grow an AI startup in a hyper-competitive market, it can scale any brand.”
The Challenge
As a small founding team launching Publot, we faced a major paradox: we were building a social media automation tool but had zero hours to manage our own brand accounts. We needed to establish deep developer and marketer trust, but running ads was expensive, and manual content creation was taking up 20+ hours of development time every single week.
The Strategy
We decided to completely delegate Publot's organic marketing to our own autonomous agent. We created a Brand Persona in our dashboard called 'Publot Founding Team' with an educational, technical, and slightly cheeky tone. We instructed the agent to target small business owners, creators, and marketers. We then activated the Autonomous Loop across our X, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Threads accounts, allowing our agent to run the 30-Day Content Calendar and automatically generate caption variations and multi-tiered hashtag sets.
The Results
The results proved our own technology. Within 30 days, our autonomous agent published over 120 highly optimized posts. A single technical thread on how we built our Meta posting queue went viral on X, generating 250,000 views. Across all channels, our agent pulled in over 500,000 organic impressions, which directly translated to a 22% conversion rate into active app sign-ups — all on autopilot while we focused purely on writing code.
